Ordering and Delivery (orders under £75)

UK first class delivery - £1.95
UK Next Working Day Delivery - £6.95 - order by 1pm.
UK Saturday Guaranteed - £9.95 - order by 1pm Friday.
Europe - £7.50
Rest of World - £8.50

Stock items will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.  If an item is not in stock a note on the item description will tell you how many days to allow for dispatch.

If an item has sold out or is not available in the quantities requested, you will be emailed immediately at the addres provided and notified.  If we cannot fulfill your order within a suitable timeframe we will fully refund your order. 

Goods are sent by Royal Mail and may have to be signed for on receipt.

Standard deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent.  No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.

Please examine goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition.

Delivery charges are per order.

Your goods will be delivered with a £ Sterling receipt for goods purchased.
